A Nationally Accredited Law Enforcement Agency
The Rhode Island State Police is a full service, statewide law enforcement agency whose mission is to fulfill the law enforcement needs of the people with the highest degree of fairness, professionalism and integrity, and protect the inherent rights of the people to live in freedom and safety. To this end, Division employees shall perform their respective, patrol investigative and support functions to the best of their ability and cooperate with other State agencies, as well as with local and Federal authorities.
La Policia Estatal de Rhode Island es una institucion de seguridad publica con servicios completos cuya mision es dar cumplimiento a la leyes de seguridad ciudadana con el mas alto grado de profesionalismo e integridad y asi proteger los derechos inherentes de la poblacion para que viva en libertad y seguridad. Con este propostio, los empleados de la Division deberan realizar sus respectivas funciones de patrullajes investigativos y de apoyo en la mejor forma posible y cooperar con otras agencies Estatales, como tambien con autoridades Locales y Federales.
